Recent Annapolis graduate Crash Corrigan ends up leading an expedition via a new submarine developed by Professor Norton to investigate some mysterious signals coming from the bottom of the ocean and ends up finding the undersea kingdom of Atlantis. Once there Corrigan and his companions find a menace in the form of Unga Khan and evil despot with plans to control all of Atlantis and eventually to invade the surface world.
