A feline organ grinder wanders by Farmer Al Falfa's house making some very bad music. Farmer Al Falfa chases him away. Later, the old man chases two roosters up a tree. One of the roosters, improbably, lays an egg and throws it at Al Falfa. The old man climbs up the tree with a handsaw. He sits on the same branch as the roosters, and begins sawing it off. The roosters jump from the branch into a hole in the tree. Al Falfa doesn't realize what he's doing until he saws the branch clean through. Cartoon magic is on his side: the tree falls, but the branch stays in place. Later, a delivery man drops off a large package. Al Falfa is surprised to see that it's a robot. The robot performs a dance, and Al Falfa feels compelled to mimic him. The robot kicks Farmer Al Falfa in the behind. Al Falfa does the same to the robot, which causes it to grow so tall it reaches outer space. (imdb)

Remarkably Bold Venture of the Rabbit
The film concerns the activities of a Rabbit and her mummified robot friend who set out to free some ants from the clutches of an evil Mad Scientist. Will they infiltrate his anti-ant plant? Can they defeat his security systems? What's he got against the ants anyway, and are they as innocent as they seem?

Flip is a lazy frog who just wants to lounge around in his hammock. But being the great inventor he is, he has it rigged up so that another animal below is running on a treadmill which gently rocks the hammock. When his old-lady employer catches an eyeful of Flip is up to, instead of mowing the lawn as he is supposed to be doing, she gives him the business. Flip is not happy. One thing leads to another and he winds up inventing a robot, a machine that will cut the grass for him. That's where the bulk of the cartoon and the laughs begin. The robot is a real hoot, human-like more than anything else. The ensuing battles between Flip and this robot are very good with clever sight gags involving what the robot mows. Good stuff, with another totally-wacky ending that you'd see in an early '30s cartoon.
