Big Man From The North

Bosko is an officer of the mounted police and gets assigned the job of bringing in a wanted criminal. He must face the harsh winter weather to bring him in. He travels the the local saloon in search and starts playing the piano. The bad guy shows and a gunfight ensues after which Bosko shoots off all of the bad guys hair revealing a very thin man in boxer shorts.

The Tuba Tooter

A German ohm-pah trio is incomplete until their tuba player arrives on a boat from overseas. The resulting quartet brings the whole town out for a German dance party, until the police arrive to take the tuba tooter to jail.
