Bosko is an officer of the mounted police and gets assigned the job of bringing in a wanted criminal. He must face the harsh winter weather to bring him in. He travels the the local saloon in search and starts playing the piano. The bad guy shows and a gunfight ensues after which Bosko shoots off all of the bad guys hair revealing a very thin man in boxer shorts.
